Benefits

Nastech offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to employees. The following is a summary of employee benefits. Please see the disclaimer below.

Health Insurance


All regular employees, spouses and dependents are eligible to receive health benefits that include medical, dental and vision services. Nastech also offers Flexible Spending Accounts, which allow for employees to set aside funds on a pre-tax basis to apply toward health and dependent care expenses.

Life insurance


Employees are provided life insurance benefits, as well as long term and short term disability benefits. Employees may also elect to participate in additional life insurance plans for themselves and/or their spouse.

401(K)


All regular employees may participate in Nastech's 401(k) plan. Employees may enroll at the beginning of each quarter following their employment.

Equity Compensation


Nastech employees are eligible for equity compensation at time of employment.

Vacation and Holidays


All regular Nastech employees will receive a minimum of 20 Paid Time Off days and 10 paid holidays during the year.

Professional Enhancement & Growth


Nastech provides financial support for conferences, publications and seminars to enhance job skills.
